the ball has dropped,
the crowds have cleared
& the champagne has finally stopped flowing.
[well, maybe not for some of you]
yes, its really 2009.
not bad actually.
when comparing my 'festivities' last new years' eve/day
with this new one,
2008 was definately filled with more substances
but i still enjoyed how i spent this new years eve/day.
im finally going to be re-joining the ranks of employed folk
tomorrow.
im beyond ecstatic.
so far, 2009 has been pretty mellow.
no bad news, no bad decisions.
although i regret nothing, ever,
it is nice to not have to worry
but alas, it's always easiest in the beginning.
& remember kiddies,
if you're not living on the edge,
you're taking up too much space.
let's just play this one by ear, shall we ?
